2026 Annual Multi-Lingual Guide Workshop in Shanxi

[January 10, 2026] – To ensure the highest service standards for the upcoming 2026 peak season, Authentic China successfully hosted its annual Multi-Lingual Guide Training Workshop from January 5th to 9th in Shanxi Province. The event brought together 30 participants, including 21 German-speaking guides, 3 French-speaking guides, and 6 core members of our product team.

Deep-Dive Field Inspection & Cultural Expertise During the five-day program, the team conducted a comprehensive field inspection of the Datong–Pingyao route. Despite the challenging winter conditions in Shanxi, our guides demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They focused on refining site-specific narratives and historical interpretations of the region's world-class heritage, ensuring that future European travelers receive a more profound and engaging cultural experience.

Alignment with Brand Standards & Quality Control Beyond field training, we held three intensive workshops centered on service optimization and troubleshooting. Our product team communicated directly with the guides to reinforce our brand philosophy and specific service requirements.
